1. How to delete your account

Option A — In the app (recommended)

1. Open Flow Wallet on your device.
2. Sign in with the account you want to delete (if you are not already signed in).
3. Go to Settings.
4. Open the account / security section.
5. Tap Delete account and confirm.

This permanently deletes your cloud account, encrypted sync data, and profile associated with that sign-in. Local data on the device stays until you clear app storage or uninstall.

Option B — Request by email (this page)

1. Use the form below, or email [email protected].
2. Include the email address used for your Flow Wallet account and the subject “Flow Wallet account deletion request”.
3. We process requests and aim to complete them within 30 days.

2. What we delete

When your account deletion is completed, we delete or anonymize:

• Account data (email, display name, authentication identifiers)
• Optional profile data (for example avatar URL)
• Cloud sync records and encrypted financial payloads stored for your account
• Family-sharing membership, device registrations, and related metadata for your user ID
• Audit / activity records tied to your account where not required for legal retention

3. What may be retained

• Limited records required by law, security, fraud prevention, or abuse investigation, for a limited period
• Local data on your device (wallets, transactions, settings) until you clear app storage, uninstall the app, or delete it in the app
• If you used encrypted sync or family sharing, remaining ciphertext on other devices or backups you control may become unrecoverable after keys are deleted

4. Delete data without deleting your account

You can remove data without closing the account:

• Delete individual wallets, transactions, budgets, goals, or receipt drafts in the app
• Sign out to stop cloud sync on that device
• Disable optional remote receipt recognition and remove saved API keys in Settings
• Clear app storage or uninstall to remove local-only data (no account required)

5. No account / offline only

If you never signed in, there is no cloud account to delete. Uninstall Flow Wallet or clear the app’s storage in system settings to remove local data.
